PlotArea events issue with Loaded event #317

Visifire Version           : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
Silverilght / WPF          : Both
Managed Code / JavaSctipt  : Both
Browser and its Version    : All

If PlotArea events are attached inside Loaded event of any element. Zooming of 
chart is not behaving as expected.
