Make Timeframe selector more user-friendly #422

Is your proposal related to a problem?

User can filter out older incidents using Timeframe selector in Table toolbar. But the name "timeframe" does not clearly represent the functionality of the selector, which is confusing. Choosing a value in the selector, user actually chooses incidents that are reported-not-later-than.

Desired solution

Rename Timeframe selector to something more intuitive and more fitting.

Challenges

Finding a fitting and GUI-friendly name for this selector is fairly tricky.

Perhaps timeframe is a good term (after thinking about it), but a popup can better explain that timeframe defines the scope of events that are displayed.

I also suggest to change the value "No timeframe" to "Forever" - more intuitive
