Dear Author I want to know the correspondence between SINR->CQI->QAM->MCS. What standards did it follow？

Hello,

SINR is the received signal to interference and noise ratio. CQI is computed as a function of the SINR and the target block error rate. Basically, each CQI is mapped to a specific modulation -> MCS. QAM is just one of the possible modulations (e.g., 256QAM)
