Problems in sending #171

Hello,

we are developing a MEC application (external) that expects to subscribe the RNI service for obtaining UE cell changes notifications.

It looks like that the method (POST) for subscribing cell change subscriptions is not implemented. Could you confirm?

yes, I confirm. In case you want to implement that method, you might consider the corresponding function in the LocationService as an example.
