measurement end-to-end delay #80

Dear author in simulations/NR/dualConnectivity_mullticell;I ran all the examples once； but i found： In the uplink direction，the end-to-end delay of splitBearer is more than singleConnectivity-UL(tos=1 or tos=10); I don't quite understand this phenomenon； thanks!!

I wonder if it is caused by subbandwidth
