Manifest generation 2 #1

I started the development using the Google tutorial for extensions that unfortunately was still on V2 of the manifest. In order to simplify installation the pacakging version should be upgraded

The chrome version for Windows is the stable and therefore v3 is not supported. The CRX generation is still for version 2 in the browser. In any case the only chrome version that supports manual uploading of extension (non in developer mode) is the one for Linux. Apparently the store is the only player that can create and install the extension on Chrome. I will update documentation and leave this issue open just in case. Notice that Chrome store is failing accepting my submission.

Apparently v2 is ok if you develop on Windows with the stable version of Chrome. Upgrade is automatically performed when the package is uploaded to the store.
