Multiple pages on the .org site have insufficient left/right padding on mobile:

Hi justin, assigning to you as part of the Terms of Service launch. Put it off for now because if ToS launches on/after November 1 then this bug will be obsolete as we launch the new .org site.

But if ToS launches earlier we should fix this
