What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...) feature
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) We don't support FOT on L2s
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? We will support FOT on L2s
Other information: https://github.com/Uniswap/smart-order-router/pull/531 The above pull request adds the L2 contract address, but does not enable it.
