Proposal UI says "Executed" when viewed in list on Delegate's profile page but says "Active" in main list #67

Bug Description A clear and concise description of the bug.
On this delegate's page (https://sybil.org/#/delegates/pool/0xc8f88b4aef57ac93fe41390194c3a4d77d7df744) you can see that the proposal called "Implement POOL Pool Rewards" claims it's been executed. However on the main listing of proposals here https://sybil.org/#/proposals/pool it says "Active". Just in case this is viewed in the future when the proposal has been executed, here are some screenshots to back this up:
Expected Behavior All proposal UI should describe that proposals proper current state.
