constant pending tx circles #15

hi there tried to add an exchange for 0x6251583e7d997df3604bc73b9779196e94a090ce my HERC token

getting constant pending txs, when i click on them theres not etherscan hash

i managed to stack 3 txs before i gave up.

2 to add HERC 0x6251583e7d997df3604bc73b9779196e94a090ce as exchange then 1 to unlock LOOM
