TVL was previously being tracked incorrectly due to not processing collect events. This adds the collect event handler.
Tested against the buildersDAO subgraph and the TVL fields match for the pool 0x8ad599c3a0ff1de082011efddc58f1908eb6e6d8 for at least the first few blocks. As it syncs, I'll continue testing with other top pools.
