Incompatible with Fish shell #9

As described in #6 this script is not fully compatible with Fish (if it is set as default on the server that is).

It only happens on deploy and not on setup. Will look into it and submit a PR if it is possible to make it easily compatible for bash and fish together.

instead of this, pm2-deploy should probably be purely javascript.
