Update the Milestones #25

Check the current milestones and tasks of this property if it has the following. Update descriptions when needed if the milestones exist, otherwise create the milestone if it falls under a milestone else create the task(s). Put the task(s) in the appropriate milestone.

[x] Cut huge tree
[x] Cut dogwood tree
[x] Add gutter
[x] Lift front porch where it settled
[x] Clean gutters
[x] Fix shutters
[ ] Find solution to roof rust
[x] Remove flower beds & dirt to prep for lava rock landscaping
[ ] Sand down front door (hard to close the door)

Today, I am going to check the existing milestones for the Henrietta Property if the ones outlined here already exist. If the milestones exist then I will edit the description if needed and put tasks in with pictures. I should be able to finish at least 3-5 milestones with tasks today.
