Check the current milestones and tasks of this property if it has the following:

Put window in king room where there is plywood
Add siding to corner
Add siding to back
Paint porch white
Lift right corner of house
Fix sagging gutter
Cut large tree touching house
Plant hedges / tiny spruce along sidewalk
Add gutters where needed
Prep for lava rock and French drain
Move rose bush
Add window to attic
Repoint : remortar broken chimney
Remove unused wires at the back by electric box
Reconnect the ground stakes (must have two, research the code)
