313 Walnut has old plumbing no longer connected to main city. We don’t even know where the old plumbing is & the city doesn’t know where the connector to the city is. We cannot use 313 Walnut until 2 things are completed:
Structural Foundation fixed in basement (Under kitchen)
Water is connected
Task:
Call plumbing consultants and give Architectural Diagram to them. Ask them to go to property with schematic and use scoping tool to see where old plumbing is and also to see where city connection. Then make a recommendation on how we can reconnect this through a schematic given back to Tao Precision team.
