[FEATURE] Graphically show Training/Detection Period on Input tab #237

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Taking a user point of view I think it is a little hidden in Help and in text description on Input tab which part of data is used for training and which is predicted on. I would prefer it to be crystal clear in a quick glance which part of the data is used for training the model and which part is being made Signal Detection on.

Describe the Solution You'd Like

A simple time series figure showing the case counts and colouring of the Training period and the following Signal Detection Period. It should also from that figure be clear that it is the date_report variable that specify the total data period.

Describe Alternatives

Perhaps rephrasing the Filters description and maybe show date_report filter as default instead of None.

Additional Context

Related to possible layout improvements of Input tab, #168 and #177

I really like this idea and find it very important. On our site visit in Latvia it was mentioned that they would really like this. Maybe we could mark in red the bars which are used for training or also make a red window which shows the bars which are used for training. The problem is of course that for example for EARS depending on which of the default 6 weeks you look at the past 7 are used for training. How do we visualise this. Maybe by hovering?
