For providing the first version of the tool we removed a plot for the timeseries with signal detection results from the vignette as it was not working anymore because of the padded signals. #238

Think about what we want to put in our vignette.
Should the vignette also talk about functionalities which are usable not only within the app but also for outside users of this package? I would say yes
Reintroduce the timeseries plot with padded signals to the vignette which is related to implementing #220
