Feature/flextable in report #290

Uses flextable instead of gt so the apperence of the static and interactive tables can be the same. This unfortunatly results in a new dependency.

I also recoded NA to unknown when the results get presented in a table.

I wasn't sure where to add the changes in the NEWS.md since the version 0.1.1 already exists in main.

Yes you are right the news already exists in main but that is just because of this first round where I needed to make a transition. So please add something to the NEWS :)
