Bug/no stratification error #304

Resolves #303

Hot fix thus merge into main directly.

In additional to bug fix updated wrong/old documentation in results_table.R I forgot last time.

Thanks @aj-thl for taking this, I was not able to reproduce the error as mentioned on #303.
