我打开po看了一下，大概翻译了70%左右，我们怎样来进行呢？

没翻译的分成2部分吧, 以这句为界:

An easy way to work around this is to exclude the original path from showing
overlays, so that the overlays show up on the <literal>subst</literal> path 
instead.

你翻译上半部分,我翻译下半部分,如何?

ok，但是我们需要提供起始行号，并在i18n 
group里面通知一声，因为这份文档有许多人在翻译，以免重
复。
