Mulholland Bridge underpass area looks unaturally bright at early mornings/night time. #17

The area of the betting shop in Los Santos and it's surroundings look unnaturally bright when the street lights and the car headlights are turned on. When the car lights and the streetlights overlap each other, they look awkward.

MODS USED: SkyGfx Community Map Fixes PC Archives Patch Silent Patch 2DFX

The game does look brighter and the colors washed out a bit compared to without the mod installed.

Building Pipeline was already set to PS2
