Connection refused #1

Hi, When try to use unitedrpms from some countries like Iran dnf unable to connect to server and say port 443: Connection refused !!! It's maybe "githubusercontent" restriction, But that's annoying. RPM repositories need to have global access like fedora, rpmfusion and others. Thanks

@Noori, big thank for your request! We (mostly from Europe & North America) can't test our mirrors over the world, but trying to fix all access problems.

Please help us to understand which resources is blocked in your country:

Thanks @paulcarroty for your reply. Now I'm able to install packages from unitedrpms. I have access to all 3 resources now and be able to download them.

Strange, maybe some local connection problems. OK, anyway tell us if you'll have problems.
