8 -> 14 hours for asking author to close when author is last post (and someone has responded before them)
12 -> 20 hours to ask author to close if someone other than author is last pots

Prevent the bot from inheriting posts if it joins 5 mins later than it was created. (Basically posts before it was turned on)
Update ModerationService to log Edits in a smarter way
Don't report gif/embed posts (They send an update on send)
Don't report empty messages (only gifs, only emotes)
Report attachment changes, I don't think this is possible, but added a check for count to avoid a future where it may be possible.
