Complete CoFH Mods Support

Re-Added Support for CoFH Mods (WIP)

The previous textures available for 1.7.10 of CoFH Mods has been updated to work in the 1.12 mc version of the mods. There's still a large amount of the assets missing so don't expect everything to be there. Not to mention some of the textures are ever so slightly incorrect or wrong. The textures will be fixed and more of them will be added in due time.

Introduction

In a recent commit (shown above), CoFH Mods previous support was updated and made compatible with Minecraft 1.12 versions of the CoFH Mods. However, this is very limited as there's still hundreds of textures missing that need to be added before CoFH Mods are considered completed.

To begin with, I suggest working on Thermal Foundation. It's fairly complete and also lays the foundation to all other CoFH Mods so getting the style situated here will help to work on the various other CoFH Mods.

Following the completion of Thermal Foundation, I would suggest moving on to Thermal Expansion since it's the most popular of the CoFH Mods and is relatively complete too. Most of the work required in expansion is augments, signalum upgrades, upgrades and a few machines.

Then, continuing on with mod support for CoFH Mods I'd suggest doing textures for Thermal Dynamics followed by Redstone Arsenal and then Thermal Cultivation.

The Thermal Series is now in an open beta for 1.15.2 (and 1.16.x may soon follow). This is a notification that parts of the COFH set have been updated to a more recent version of Minecraft.

Also yes, I agree that the way SnowShock structured the OP looks amazing. :)
