Pink water when project opened in 2020.3.18 #155

Pink water and error in Water shader - Unity version 2020.3.18. This was migrated from a working version of the release/2019.4-LTS branch.

Shader error in 'BoatAttack/Water': l-value specifies const object at Packages/com.verasl.water-system/Shaders/WaterCommon.hlsl(244) (on d3d11)

Master branch works fine with 2020.3.18
