Race Button on Mobile Fails #99

Building BA for iOS (13) or Android (10) with 2019.4.1f1

Main menu works fine for boat picking and race type selections, but when you get to the menu with Race, touching / double clicking does not start the race. Cant see any error messages in the Console indicating what is wrong.
