Standard Manipulator free-translate interaction visuals #287

When hovering over, and interacting with the center (sphere) of the standard manipulator (allowing free translation), there should be visuals that denote that the object can, in that state, be moved in any preferred direction (omni-directional arrows ala the spatial hint module, or something else denoting the ability to mode in any direction). Though I'm accustomed to seeing such visuals in pro 3D suites, new users might benefit from a visual hint denoting that the center-sphere gizmo allows for omni-directional translation.

With reference to the controller refactor: This is also a good example of a case in which it will be helpful to visually(+haptics) call out the thumbstick(on rift in this case) as a means of pushing/pulling the object in space, after the free-translate action has been initiated.

To an extent, this has been partially remedied via the new controller redesign work.
