This PR consists of a few very minor (non-SpatialUI related) cleanups made during the work on the core SpatialUI+SpatialMenu architecture. They've been separated from the main features/dylanu/spatialui-master branch in order to lighten the incoming SpatialUI-related PR's. The changes basically consist of some shader formatting cleanups & comment removals from RadialFrame & WorkspaceBackgroundVerticalFade, and the removal of an unnecessary using in MainMenuSelectable.
