Purpose of this PR

Fix miscellaneous remaining issues for release

Testing status

Tested on a Rift doing normal smoke test, and for particular spatial UI issues

Technical risk

Low -- minor changes to fix known issues

Comments to reviewers

This mainly fixes the spatial UI in player builds and play mode. Individual fixes:

Add ISystemModule to AdaptivePositionModule in order to include it in default scripting references
Remove editor defines from PlayerFloor
Disable animator on spatial menu between transitions to work around play mode animation bug
Only auto-open and do OnAutoOpenStateChanged in edit mode
General whitespace and style changes (recommend viewing with whitespace changes hidden)
