Purpose of this PR

Minor fixes for 2018.3

Testing status

Basic smoke test and unit tests pass locally

Technical risk

Minimal--not much changed. This appears to still work in 2018.2.

Comments to reviewers

What changed:

Meta files that get auto-updated on import
Compile error fix for NumericInputField (previously merged in #486)
Action map inspector bug fix (https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/input-prototype/pull/11)
Remove special handling for Linear color space in VRView conditionally for 2018.3 and newer. This was a tricky issue to find and fix, so even though it would be possible to just delete the code entirely, I want it to remain for legacy users.
