Purpose of this PR

Provide a way to control controller manually.

It created a Control Mode to HOD Controller.

Disable HLOD: This mode not use HLOD. It will be rendered original object only.
Manual Control: It will be rendered specific level only.
Auto Control: It calculate the level and use that level. It works the same as before. This is the default mode.

Added a way to control controller manually.

Manual testing only.
