Fixes, add automatic triggers #6

Added automatic triggers for Yamato so that pull requests/pushes would trigger builds automatically
Fixed an issue where builds.zip would be zipped in the wrong way. Now the root of the zip contains the correct file layout.

Reran the builds and everything seems fine. Judging from the logs it's probably due to something failing in the build system rather than this branch (no Mac-related code was touched, after all).
