Problem Statement The Descriptor's Area describes the area that an issue has impact on. Originally these were all performance-related such as CPU, GPU, Memory, etc.. However, some diagnostics don't fit any of them.

Solution Add support for:

• Quality. For example, using deprecated APIs that might be removed in the future.
• Support: Lack of platform support. For example, using APIs that are not supported on a specific platform and might fail at runtime.
• Requirement: Required by platform. Typically this issue must be fixed before submitting to the platform store.

I'm not 100% sure that "Quality" is quite the right word for deprecated APIs. Would have maybe called it "Maintenance" or "Technical Debt" or something. But the general idea of adding more categories seems fine.

I agree it might not be the right word. I am just going to land this since other PRs depend on it, then we can change it.
