[BUG]: Building on HoloLens2 #850

Environment

* OS: Windows Holographic, version 22H2 - January 2023 Update
* Unity version:2021.3
* Graphics API:
* Browser: edge

Steps To Reproduce

Build the sample scenes for ARM64 architecture with XR plugin managment

Current Behavior

I try to build on Microsoft Hololens2 to use the AR foundation scene but It doesn't build, and gives multiple errors most of them are scene errors. when I build the same thing on a pc it works fine. Just wanted to ask if the package is not suitable for running on the Hololens yet?

@YousefMetwally Hi, this package haven't supported Hololens 2. Please see below. https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/com.unity.webrtc/issues/15
