[Bug] AR Collaboration not tracking/getting pose of remote anchors #579

Describe the bug In the collaboration example, remote anchors are not appearing and Xcode constantly prints [Technique] Error getting pose for participant anchor: CMMapNotAvailable. All other examples appear to be functional, and the "send/recv" GUI is activating (i.e. something is happening!).

Smartphone:

Device: iPhone XR and iPhone 11 pro
OS: 13.6 (both)
Unity version: 2020.10b15
ARFoundation version: 4.1 preview 6

Apologies, it seems this is just an ambiguous log (?). For posterity:

It takes a while for worlds to sync up collaboratively
If you try to add anchors before then, woe unto you, you shall be subjected to many angry logs
