I have had the same problem after upgrading from 1.5.2 to 1.6.0 (I have different errors in 1.5 so upgraded but always gave me this new error in 1.6). My environment is the same but I am not using relay and just testing locally with ParrelSync.

First time it happened, here's the error message:
