This PR contains minor quality of life changes for the NGO v2.1.0 release.

Changelog

Added: Ability to edit the NetworkConfig.AutoSpawnPlayerPrefabClientSide within the inspector view.
Changed: NetworkConfig.AutoSpawnPlayerPrefabClientSide is no longer automatically set when starting NetworkManager.

No tests have been added.
No documentation changes or additions were necessary.
