Update extensions package #102

Updates the extensions package to the latest changes on NGO develop. Removes the MLAPI patcher from the repository as it will be no longer relevant.

This is still WIP because of the lack of a getter for ip/port from the UnityTransport which is needed for NetworkDiscovery and NetworkManagerHud.
