I just looked into updating Obstacle Tower. Updating ml-agents is not a problem. However, updating Unity messes up the lighting. I don't really have time to debug this and I believe there is no one officially maintaining this repository.
At least here is the version with updated ml-agents and Unity version. Maybe someone can approach this lighting issue.
