VR Specific Shape Editing #8

For VR, users should be able to directly grab and adjust Shapes in the view, without tedious menus/text/etc. Those methods should still be available, of course, but relegated to secondary.

I've attached some sketches of how we might do this. Basic idea is:

  1. Swap to "Edit Tool" (note: not Shape Tool! this changes from PB standard!)
  2. Choose "Shape" level
  3. Point ray at portions of a Shape- the portion should highlight, and allow itself to be dragged in/out or up/down to adjust, depending on the shape and portion highlighted

More than just dreaming this up, I've sketched out how I think each shape should work, shown in the images below. Ignore the "edge" marks- I don't think those are needed.

What about thinks like "Number of Cuts", "Number of Stairs", etc? Those can remain in the panel, controllable by slider/text/etc. The goal is to make the major, fundamental adjustments quick and intuitive, leave the fine-tuning alone.
