Purpose:

tutorial button on tittle screen
tutorial map
2 languages supported (English, French), .xml in LocalLow needed; files in Tools folder
fix issue where only tutorial load after leaving tutorial map
move first phase of tuto in trigger enter to avoid unlimited spawn issues
