feat(scope): Allow user installed apps to be removed. #515
UAD-ng allow all user installed applications to be removed, as a new feature.
Any app installed from f-droid / side-loaded - OsmAnd, KDEConnect, Jitsi, etc.. should be removable using UAD-ng.
