Should support configured config.ini locations #7

When running as a systemd unit for example, this for one needs environmental home variable set, but once that is set, it expects the config.ini file to be in the server root (/config.ini) directly.

This should support defined config locations.

This might be able to be fixed by setting WorkingDirectory in systemd unit.

Yeah, that works. So this is unnecessary right now.
