When scrapping, add missing informations on existing scraped rom.

Something that checks to see if new artwork exists where it didnt exist before, and let the program grab it and rebuild a new image would be great!

Yes please! Question: If you just run the scraper again, is there a way to tell it to overwrite all existing images (like a refresh/overwrite mode)? If I want to run the scraper periodically to get the latest images, do I need to delete the old images and XML or will it work?
