Intelligent download #95

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to add an option or not so good that if a download goes down, it waits a bit and sends back a request and if not, that it keeps the file instead of deleting it, and that it picks up where it left off, because even if Universal-updater is good, with a bad connection it's a horror.

In the meantime, thank you very much for this wonderful homebrew.

Probably a good idea, Universal-Updater development is on a short break unless something critical comes up though as StackZ is focussing on Universal-Edit at the moment, so it might be a little while until anything comes of this.

Okay, thanks a lot, great software anyway, you can tell the creator and the designer too, because better than the old versions.
