The mk7 plugin had errors in it (missed commas), I fixed it so the build should work (well the original author already did, but didn't open a new pr so it's still broken here).
I also added a warning while downloading Starlight3DS saying that CTGP-7 won't be playable and you can go back to the official luma by downloading it again.
