Sorry, you can't PR against the UD GUM repo - all changes have to be committed to the upstream repo at amir-zeldes/gum or they will get quashed on the next update. The CoNLL-U version is just one of multiple export formats, so it can't be used as a master version.

This particular error was already fixed in b066ff8
