Correcting Tiger source texts #18

Missing/incorrect tokens at the beginning of Tiger sentences have been added to the corpus. New tokens have been attached to the following word in the sentence with the relation dep except for punctuation, which has been attached as punct. Since these sentences need to be reannotated, the tokens are marked with the comment FixTigerDep=Yes.

So is this a partial substitute for the conflicting #17?

This is a complete replacement for #17, just based on the version after #16 was merged instead of the earlier version when I hadn't touched anything yet. The content is the same except for the minor issues in 62c7821.
