Cleanup of PrepForm features #134

Mostly completed; still need to add all noun features to compound prepositions.

I just added a commit changing "i leith", "i gcomhair", etc. to fixed + PrepForm=Cmpd, and rebased after your recent commits. This is ready to merge.
