wont connect to my thermostat

I have followed the instructions to a "T" and when I connect "allow" I get this error: [image]

my thermostat is installed into "mytotalconnect" system. which, as far as I can tell, is the same as resideo.

I appreciate any help, Scott

The error would seem to indicate otherwise.

I don't know anything about Honeywell Home. I just ported the node server from PG2 to PG3.
